Maple Cream

Maple Cream is a pure maple confection. We begin with our best golden maple syrup of the season. It has the ability to produce a very fine, textured, spreadable maple cream. It has the consistency of peanut butter. Best used on toast, bagels, English muffins and on ice cream. What a fantastic treat! We are one of the few sugar houses in Connecticut who produces this wonderful maple cream.
