Maple Candy

Our Pure Maple Candy is from the finest Golden Maple Syrup that we produce early in the season. It is heated to a higher temperature and then carefully stirred to create a very fine textured sugar crystal. We put the sugar into beautiful shaped molds. IT harden quickly into wonderful different shapes. Next, we put our Pure Maple Candy into a crystalline coating to give it a thin shell which preserves that soft smooth fondant center. Lamothe’s Sugar House is known for our Pure Maple Candy.
