ORDERS:

All orders will be processed and billed prior to shipping.  Shipping costs are from Burlington, CT to your destination and will be sent by UPS or USPS.  We mostly ship through UPS ground.  If you need an item to arrive faster, please call us at 860-675-5043.

• Expedited shipping will have a rate increase.

Lamothe’s Sugar House accepts Visa and Master Card for online purchases.

We are careful in our packing and cannot be responsible for damage caused by the carrier. That is the carriers’ responsibility. If there is any problem with a shipment, notify the carrier immediately. Make a note of the damage on the packing list. Do not throw out the box or its’ contents. We will work with you to get claims satisfied by the carrier.

• No return on food products without prior approval.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Some products may not be immediately available, or may be a seasonal item.
• Glass bottles may change due to supplier availability.
• Some products not shown on this online store may still available at our retail store location.

RETURN POLICY:
Food products and maple syrup containers are not returnable for credit or a refund.

All orders are considered specialty order items and cannot be canceled or returned for credit or refund once processed without prior approval.

Maple syrup equipment and supplies that are stock items may be returned if they are in the original container in saleable condition but will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
